Home Cured Ham (per Kg)
Irish pork cured with Hick’s own curing solution. The special curing solution was created 90 years ago and is still used to this day.
The ham joints range in weight from 1.5 Kg to 3 Kg (or even bigger). When selecting a larger weight you may be supplied with more than one ham joint.
